Disclaimer / Website Terms

Last updated August 19, 2026.

Scope

These terms apply to quietloudstudios.com, which is operated by KazSource, Inc. for QuietLoud Studios, a KazSource brand.

They govern use of this website and its public content. A separate signed client, production, publishing, contributor, licensing, or collaboration agreement may govern a particular project or relationship.

Ownership of material on the site

Material on this website does not all have the same owner.

KazSource owns the QuietLoud Studios brand, the site design, and content or other material created or acquired by KazSource when KazSource holds the applicable rights.

Other material may be owned by:

  • show creators or hosts
  • clients
  • collaborators
  • contributors
  • authors
  • guests
  • partner organizations
  • licensors
  • photographers, artists, or other third parties

That material may appear on the website under a license, permission, collaboration, publishing arrangement, production agreement, or other applicable agreement.

Publishing, producing, distributing, embedding, linking to, or displaying material does not by itself mean that KazSource or QuietLoud owns the underlying intellectual property. Third-party names, trademarks, artwork, recordings, writing, characters, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Ownership or publication of a podcast associated with books or another creative property does not establish ownership of the underlying books, text, characters, cover art, or other literary material.

Use of site content

You may view the website and link to publicly available pages.

Any reproduction, adaptation, republication, commercial use, or distribution of material requires permission from the party that holds the applicable rights, unless the use is otherwise permitted by law. QuietLoud cannot grant permission for material it does not own or control.

No ownership right or broader license is transferred merely because material is accessible on the website.

Publishers, producers, owners, and collaborators

A reference to QuietLoud, KazSource, KazCM, or another KazSource brand as a publisher, producer, distributor, collaborator, or network participant describes its role in the relevant property.

Those roles are not interchangeable:

  • a publisher may not own the underlying property
  • a producer may provide services without owning the finished or underlying work
  • a collaborator may have agreed rights or participation without outright ownership
  • a property owner may engage another organization to publish, produce, or distribute the work

A publisher credit, production credit, network tier, or appearance on QuietLoud does not by itself transfer or establish ownership.

Submissions

If you submit a show idea, manuscript, proposal, pitch, creative concept, or other material to QuietLoud or KazSource, you retain whatever ownership rights you have in that material. Submission alone does not transfer ownership to KazSource, QuietLoud, KazCM, or another KazSource brand.

Unless KazSource has separately agreed in writing to confidentiality, a submission is not confidential merely because it was sent to us.

KazSource, QuietLoud, their collaborators, or other parties may already be developing, may independently develop, or may later receive material involving ideas, subjects, formats, themes, or concepts that are similar to or overlap with a submission. Receiving a submission does not restrict those independent activities.

By submitting material, you authorize KazSource and appropriate members of its team to:

  • receive and retain the submission
  • share it internally with people involved in its review
  • review and evaluate it
  • communicate with you about it

Submission does not create an obligation to review, respond, use the material, compensate the submitter, or enter into a business or creative relationship.

Submission alone does not authorize public display, publication, production, adaptation, licensing, distribution, ownership, or commercial use of the material. Any such relationship should be addressed through a separate written agreement or express authorization where appropriate.

Signed agreements

If a signed client, production, publishing, contributor, licensing, confidentiality, or collaboration agreement applies to a particular relationship or property, that agreement governs the relevant relationship and controls over conflicting language in these general website terms.

Contributors and opinions

Hosts, guests, writers, contributors, clients, and collaborators may express their own opinions. Those opinions do not necessarily represent the views of QuietLoud Studios, KazSource, KazCM, or any other show, client, partner, or contributor.

References to organizations, products, services, or third parties do not necessarily constitute endorsement.

Informational content

The website and its shows, articles, interviews, and other media are provided for general informational and editorial purposes.

Some content may discuss mental health, finance, insurance, business, legal matters, or other substantive subjects. That content may not be complete, current, or appropriate for a particular person’s circumstances. It is not a substitute for advice, diagnosis, or services from a qualified professional.

You remain responsible for decisions you make based on the website or its content.

External websites, services, and embeds

The website links to and embeds services operated by third parties, including podcast, video, social, client, and collaborator platforms.

QuietLoud and KazSource do not control those services and cannot guarantee their availability, content, security, accuracy, or privacy practices. Use of an external service is subject to that service’s own terms and policies.

A link, embed, or reference does not necessarily mean that QuietLoud or KazSource endorses everything available through the third-party service.

Accuracy and availability

We try to keep the website useful and accurate, but content may contain errors, become outdated, or change without notice.

The website and its public content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, or suitable for every purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KazSource is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from reliance on general website content, inability to access the website, or the operation of a third-party platform. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these website terms when the site, our practices, or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version.

Changes to these general website terms do not amend a signed agreement unless that agreement expressly allows it.

Contact and privacy

Questions about these terms may be sent to team@quietloudstudios.com.

Information about the website’s data practices appears in the QuietLoud Privacy Policy.
